Invisalign® Aligners
Invisalign aligners are the heart of the world’s most advanced clear aligner system, with millions of confident smiles created over the years. Kids, teens, adults, and everyone in between may benefit from this technology, and Krieger Orthodontics has had more patient success with Invisalign treatment than about 99% of orthodontic practices in the world. This means that, while Invisalign aligners aren’t always the best option for every smile, you can trust us to help you decide if it’s the right choice for you. You can also add our convenient remote care option to your journey for no extra cost — and potentially shorten your treatment time!
Braces
Most patients we treat choose traditional metal braces to straighten their teeth, and while metal braces are very durable and economical, it’s not the only braces option available. Thanks to new technologies — and the techniques we’ve spent countless hours learning and perfecting — braces are more comfortable and more effective than ever, especially when you add our remote monitoring option to your treatment plan at no extra cost.
Free Early Orthodontic Growth Monitoring
The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) recommends that parents schedule their kids’ first orthodontic visit no later than age 7, and we agree. In fact, we think it’s so important that we offer a free, FUN orthodontic growth monitoring program that helps kids get a head start on a lifetime of healthy, confident smiles. Learn more about what’s included and how we help young patients learn to care for their smiles while having fun!
Snoring & Airway Treatment
Millions of kids, teens, and adults suffer from airway issues, including sleep apnea, a condition in which your breathing stops periodically during sleep as many as 20-30 times per hour. Unfortunately, many don’t even know they’re suffering, but the good news is there may be orthodontic treatment available.
Remote Care
Here’s a game-changer for busy families! Our comprehensive remote orthodontic care application encompasses direct messaging, scheduling, billing, virtual visits, and more, ensuring your entire smile journey is conveniently accessible in the palm of your hand. Whether you are considering Invisalign or traditional braces, remote care with Krieger Orthodontics offers the advantage of fewer in-office visits and potentially shorter treatment duration — all at no additional cost. To learn more and get started, please speak with us about it during your initial visit.
What is Smile Design?
When you choose Dr. Krieger, you'll not only get a straight smile, you'll get a new smile specially designed for you.
Unlike many dentists, Dr. Krieger has unique dental training and experience. He spent 20 years becoming an accomplished general dentist and was a top cosmetic dentist before going back to school to pursue his dream of becoming an orthodontist. As a result, Dr. Krieger understands the aesthetics of a smile and face like very few do.
He calls his approach “Smile Design,” and it includes:
Your Teeth
While most people think of teeth as being just a set of chompers, Dr. Krieger sees them as the artwork of your smile. He pays special attention to not only the color but the shape of your teeth. Oval, square, and triangular teeth all have unique properties that Dr. Krieger thinks about when creating your new smile.
Your Lips
If the smile is the artwork, the lips are the frame. The shape, form, and even how much the lips move all play a role in the way others perceive your smile. Smiles aren't just a static bunch of teeth, but rather a dynamic arrangement of soft tissue and teeth that changes with every smile, laugh, and word you speak.
Your Gums
While excellent gum health is essential for a beautiful smile, the actual architecture of the gums can play a significant role in how other people see your smile. Gums that are thick and bulky need to be considered differently than those that are thin and frail. Dr. Krieger graduated from dental school with a minor in periodontics, meaning he has specialized training in gums, too!
Your Face
Faces come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Long faces and slender teeth need to be addressed differently than broad teeth and a wider face. Dr. Krieger knows how to blend tooth shape and facial form for a beautiful outcome.
